We work with Pakistan's most reliable courier services (TCS, Leopards, Trax, Call Courier) to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2 to 3 Working Days.

  • Other Cities & Villages: 3 to 5 Working Days.

Order Confirmation:

To prevent fake orders and ensure you receive exactly what you wanted, our customer support team may call or WhatsApp you for order confirmation before dispatching.

Shipping Charges:

For are valuable customers Shipping Charges are free all over Pakistan.

Payment Methods:

We understand the importance of trust. That is why we primarily offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the rider only when you receive your parcel at your doorstep.

  • Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Available upon request (Contact us on WhatsApp for details).

7-Day Checking Warranty & Return Policy:

We offer a 7-Day Checking Warranty on all electronic items (like the Blackhead Remover, Hot Air Brush, etc.). If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will replace it for free.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

Defective Product: If the motor is not working or the device is broken upon arrival.

Wrong Item: If you received a different product than what you ordered.

Incomplete Package: If parts or accessories are missing from the box.

> Note: We do not offer returns or refunds for "Change of Mind" (e.g., if you simply don't like the color or design after using it).

How to Initiate a Return?

You don't need to fill out long forms. Just message us!

  2. Send Proof: Share a short video or picture showing the defect/issue.

  3. Exchange/Refund: Once approved, we will either send a replacement rider to exchange the item OR refund your amount via JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Bank Transfer within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item.

Q: Can I open the parcel before paying? A: As per courier company policy, riders do not allow opening the parcel before payment. However, our 7-Day Checking Warranty protects you. If there is any issue after opening, we will replace it immediately.

Q: Who pays for return shipping? A: If the fault is ours (broken/wrong item), we bear the return shipping cost. If you want to exchange a non-defective item, you will pay the delivery charges.
